摘　　要：本文报道1例全国首例正式上市左心室辅助装置(LVAD)植入扩张型心肌病患者的术后ICU护理,患者于2020年11月10日于全身麻醉低温体外循环下行“LVAD植入术+二尖瓣瓣成形+三尖瓣成形+临时起搏器导线置入术”,术后给予针对性护理,主要包括循环系统监测及护理、预防感染、康复护理、出凝血观察及健康教育,于2021年1月5日顺利出院。LVAD及针对性护理可延长患者生存时间,改善患者生命质量,值得进一步推广。This paper reports the the postoperative ICU nursing of a patient with with dilated cardiomyopathy after implantation of the first offi-cially listed left ventricular assist device(LVAD)in China.The patient underwent the operation of"LVAD implantation+mitral valvuloplasty+tri-cuspid valvuloplasty+temporary pacemaker lead placement"under general anesthesia and cryogenic cardiopulmonary bypass on November 10,2020,and was given targeted postoperative nursing,mainly including circulatory system monitoring and nursing,infection prevention,rehabilitation nursing,coagulation observation and health education,the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital on January 5,2021.LVAD and target-ed nursing can prolong the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further promotion.
