摘　　要：患者血液管理(PBM)的提出开起了血液管理时代,PBM的关键之一是在整个诊断和治疗过程中实施血液保护措施,临床应寻求最优化的血液保护措施。自体血小板分离(APP)回输联合术中自体血回输(IAT)应用于术中预计出血量大的手术中,既能升高患者术后血红蛋白水平,又可改善术后凝血功能,还可减少术后失血和异体血的输入,减少围手术期相关不良事件的发生。本文对APP回输联合APP的研究进展进行综述。The introduction of patient blood management(PBM)has ushered in an era of blood management,the one of the keys of PBM is to implement blood protection measures in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment,the optimal blood protection measures should be sought in clinic.The autologous platelet pheresis(APP)combined with intraoperative autotransfusion(IAT)is used in surgeries with intraoperative high blood loss,can not only increase the postoperative hemoglobin level of patients,but also improves postoperative coagulation function,reducing postopera-tive bleeding and the need for allogeneic blood transfusion,thereby reduce the occurrence of perioperative related adverse events.In this paper,the research progress of APP reinput combined APP is reviewed.
