沙丁胺醇片、阿托品联合心宝丸治疗缓慢型心律失常的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨缓慢型心律失常患者应用沙丁胺醇片、阿托品联合心宝丸的治疗效果。方法选取固始县人民医院2021年5月至2022年5月收治的78例缓慢型心律失常患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予沙丁胺醇片和阿托品治疗,观察组加用心宝丸治疗,连续治疗3个月。比较两组中医证候积分、24 h动态心电图指标、心功能指标(心排出量、左室短轴缩短率、射血分数、心脏指数)、炎性因子指标[血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α水平)]以及不良反应。结果与同组治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医证候积分、血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);24 h平均心率、最慢心率、心排出量、左室短轴缩短率、射血分数、心脏指数均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇片、阿托品联合心宝丸治疗可有效缓解缓慢型心律失常患者临床症状,改善心功能,减轻机体炎症反应,疗效确切且安全性较高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of salbutamol tablets,atropine combined with Xinbao pills on patients with bradycardia.Methods A total of 78 patients with bradycardia admitted to Gushi County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol tablets and atropine,while the observation group was treated with Xinxinbao pills for 3 consecutive months.Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram indicators,cardiac function indicators(cardiac output,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,ejection fraction,cardiac index),inflammatory factor indicators[serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor causative factors-α(TNF-α)]and adverse reactions were compared.Results Compared with the same group before treatment,after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The 24-hour average heart rate,slowest heart rate,cardiac output,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,ejection fraction,and cardiac index all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of salbutamol tablets,atropine,and Xinbao pills can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve heart function,and alleviate inflammation in patients with bradycardia.The therapeutic effect is definite and the safety is high.
