摘  要:为解决大型布缆船设备多、甲板布置空间不足的问题,对125 m布缆船进行优化设计。首先,根据布缆船工程作业需求,提出了甲板作业区域设备合理布置方案;其次,采用有限元分析法,校核了电缆托盘舱段区域的结构强度;最后,结合船员海上生活的特点,从噪声、通风、防火、娱乐等角度对船员的居住区域进行设计优化研究。研究结果表明:该优化设计方案可有效解决大型布缆船甲板作业设备多、难以布置的问题,且作业区域局部结构强度满足《钢质海船入级规范》(2022)的要求,同时大大提高了船员的船上生活质量。To solve the problems of excessive equipment and insuficient deck layout space in large cable laying ships,an optimized design is carried out for a 125 m cable laying ship.Firstly,based on the operational requirements of the cable ship project,a reasonable layout plan for equipment in the deck operation area is proposed;Secondly,the structural strength of the cable tray compartment area is verified using the finite element analysis method;Finally,based on the characteristics of crew living at sea,the living areas of crew members are designed and optimized from the perspectives of noise,ventilation,fire prevention,and entertainment.The research results indicate that this optimized design scheme can effectively solve the problem of multiple and difficult-to-arrange deck operation equipment for large cable ships,and the local structural strength of the operation area meets the requirements of the RULES FOR CLASSIFICATION OF SEA-GOING STEEL SHIPS(2022),while greatly improving the quality of life of crew members on board.
