摘　　要：我国县级以上公共图书馆评估走过30年的辉煌历程,有必要对评估的发展与变革进行系统性的回顾与分析。文章从政府的主导作用、评估标准的科学性与时代性、评估过程的系统性与规范性、评估方式的优化、各级图书馆学会支持作用的发挥以及评估的多重保障六个方面,提炼并阐述了公共图书馆评估的中国经验,为我国乃至全世界公共图书馆评估的高质量发展提供重要借鉴。Over the past 30 years,the national evaluation and rating of public libraries above the county level in China has witnessed a splendid journey.It is essential to conduct a systematic review and analysis of the development and changes in the evaluation.This paper distills and elaborates on Chinese experience in public library evaluation from six perspectives:the government′s leading role,the scientific and contemporary nature of evaluation standards,the systematic and standardized nature of evaluation process,the optimization of evaluation methods,the supporting role played by library associations at various levels,and the multiple safeguards of evaluation,so as to provide important reference for the high-quality development of public library evaluation in China and even globally.
