摘　　要：为进一步明确公共图书馆评估在图书馆事业中所扮演的角色,探究评估如何在公共图书馆改革与创新中发挥作用。文章立足近十年的公共图书馆评估工作,以第六次、第七次评估为切入点,从图书馆改革创新的方向、动力、途径、效能四个方面着手,论证评估工作在其中贡献的力量。研究认为,评估以一定的标准引领公共文化服务体系建设,推动公共图书馆高质量发展。通过发挥评估倍增器作用,不断增强图书馆改革创新的理念动力、系统动力、标准动力与结果动力,为图书馆建设、管理、资源、服务等方面的改革创新探索具体途径,最终达成图书馆组织管理效能、事业发展效能、行业引领效能和社会服务效能的全面提升。In order to further clarify the role of public library evaluation in the librarianship,this paper explores how evaluation plays a role in the reform and innovation of public libraries.Based on public library evaluation works over the past decade,and taking the sixth and seventh evaluations as the starting point,this paper demonstrates the contribution of evaluation work from four perspectives:the direction,motivation,approach and efficiency of library reform and innovation.The research holds that the evaluation leads the construction of public cultural service system with certain standards and promotes the high-quality development of public libraries.By giving full play to the role of evaluation multiplier,we can continuously enhance the concept power,system power,standard power and result power of library reform and innovation,explore specific ways for the reform and innovation of library construction,management,resources and services,and finally achieve the overall improvement of library organization and management efficiency,career development efficiency,industry leading efficiency and social service efficiency.
