四库进呈本《秘阁元龟政要》考略

摘　　要：四库进呈本《秘阁元龟政要》为四库存目之书,现存两种,一种为藏书家孙仰曾呈献之明抄本,现藏于国家图书馆;一种为近年新发现的两淮盐政李质颖采进之清抄本,现藏于河北大学图书馆。文章对四库进呈本《秘阁元龟政要》的版本、源流以及《四库全书总目提要·秘阁元龟政要》中关于该书的撰者、撰写时间、阙佚等进行了考证。经考证,四库进呈本《秘阁元龟政要》不但具有重要的文物价值,而且内容丰富,可以补《明太祖实录》《东潜文稿》等历史文献之不足,还具有重要历史文献价值。Mi Ge Yuan Gui Zheng Yao of Si Ku Jin Cheng Ben is a book of Si ku catalogue,and there are two existing versions.One is a copy of the Ming Dynasty submitted by Sun Yangzeng,a bibliophile,which is now stored in National Library of China.One is a newly discovered copy of the Qing Dynasty collected by Li Zhiying,a salt policy official of Huainan and Huaibei areas,which is now stored in Hebei University Library.This paper investigates the version and origin of Mi Ge Yuan Gui Zheng Yao of Si Ku Jin Cheng Ben,and the views on its author,writing time,missing and so on from Mi Ge Yuan Gui Zheng Yao of Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu Ti Yao.After textual research,Mi Ge Yuan Gui Zheng Yao of Si Ku Jin Cheng Ben not only has important cultural relic value,but also is rich in content.It can supplement the deficiency of historical documents such as Ming Tai Zu Shi Lu and Dong Qian Wen Gao,and also has important historical document value.
