摘 要:为了降低船舶在风电场水域附近的通航风险和规范海上风电场的选址,需要对船舶与风电场之间安全距离进行量化研究。首先,基于停船视距理论,构建海上风电场船舶失控漂移模型和紧急停船制动模型,通过选取的杂散货船舶及油船,分别计算在两种模型下的理论安全距离。接着,提出一个评估海上风电场附近船舶AIS交通流的系统框架,通过核密度分析得到船舶与海上风电场之间的距离。最后,比较不同模型下的理论安全距离值、AIS交通流核密度分析下的安全距离值,以及国外机构关于海上风电场安全距离的建议,综合后给出船舶在海上风电场附近航行的推荐安全距离。以长乐外海A区风电场为例,实验结果表明,把安全距离控制在2000 m左右即可满足船舶在海上风电场的安全航行。In order to reduce the navigation risk of ships near the water of the wind farms and standardize the location of offshore wind farms,it is necessary to make a quantitative research on the safety distance between ships and wind farms.First of all,a ship out-of-control drift model and an emergency stopping model were constructed based on the stopping sight distance theory.The theoretical safety distances under the two models are calculated by selecting bulk carriers,and oil tankers.Then a system framework for assessing the AIS traffic flow of ships near offshore wind farms is proposed,and the distance between ships and OWFs is obtained by nuclear density analysis.Finally,by comparing the theoretical safety distance values under different models,the safety distance values under the analysis of the nuclear density of AIS traffic flows and the recommendations of foreign institutions on the safety distance of OWFs,the recommended safety distances for ships sailing near offshore wind farms are comprehensively obtained.In this paper,the wind farm in Zone A off the Coast of Changle is taken as an example.The experimental results show that the safety distance can be kept at about 2000 m to satisfy the safety navigation of ships in the offshore wind farm.
