摘 要:试验以来自不同地区的10种沿阶草种质资源为研究对象,通过不同的遮阴程度处理,研究遮阴对农艺性状的影响,采用比较法结合田间试验综合比较了种质材料间不同遮阴处理对农艺性状的影响差异,并初步筛选出了适合成都地区种植的耐阴性较好的沿阶草资源材料。结果如下:试验材料的株高随植物的遮阴程度的不同而变化,在适宜的遮阴程度中株高指标会上升;耐阴性强的材料SAG-OJ-19002、SAG-OJ-19004、SAG-SY-19005、SAG-DZ-19007、SAG-XJ-19008、SAG-BQ-19010的分蘖也会随着时间的增加而增加;试验材料的叶长、叶宽随着遮阴时间的增加而增加;其含水量(LWC)也随着遮阴时间的增加而增加。The experiment took 10 germplasm resources of Ophiopogon bodinieri from different regions as research objects,and studied the effects of shading on agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics,stomata and leaf anatomy through different shading treatments.The membership function method was used.Combined with field experiments,the shade resistance differences between germplasm materials were comprehensively compared.and preliminary screening of suitable shade tolerance for planting in Chengdu was made resources Ophio⁃pogon bodinieri.The results are as follows:The plant height of the test material varies with the shade of the plant,and the plant height in⁃dex will increase in the appropriate shade;the materials with strong shade resistance,SAG-OJ-19002,SAG-OJ-19004,SAGSY-19005,SAG-DZ-19007,SAG-XJ-19008,SAG-BQ-19010,The ramets of these varieties of also increase with time;the leaf length and leaf width of the test material increase with the increase of shading time;its water content(LWC)also increases with the in⁃crease of shading time.
