摘 要:黄陵矿业有限公司一号煤矿从1009工作面正式开始采用“110工法”沿空留巷工艺,实现“110工法”开采与智能化开采技术的融合。为了加强对尾巷的支护及降低职工的劳动强度,1009沿空留巷尾巷采用ZQ1700/16/32型垛式支架及支架搬运机器人来实现沿空留巷尾巷非稳定区支护及自动前移。结合1009工作面沿空留巷尾巷在实际回采过程中垛式支架及搬运机器人的应用,存在的问题并结合实际情况进行讨论。研究分析巷道支护设计工艺参数及设备相关机构及功能,结合1009工作面沿空留巷实施过程中存在的问题、优化项目以及取得的成果对110工法综采工作面尾巷支护设备技术进行研判。No.1 coal mine of Huangling Mining Co.,Ltd.officially began to adopt the“110 construction method”retaining roadway along goaf technology from 1009 working face to realize the integration of“110 construction method”mining and intelligent mining technology.In order to strengthen the support of the tail-roadway and reduce the labor intensity of the workers,ZQ1700/16/32 stacking support and support moving robot are used to realize the support and automatic forward movement of the unstable area of the tail roadway in 1009 retaining roadway along goaf.We discuss the application and existing problems of stack support and moving robot in the actual mining process of goaf retaining roadway on 1009 working face.By studying and analyzing the technical parameters of roadway support design and the related mechanism and function of equipment,combined with the problems existing in the implementation process of goaf retaining roadway of 1009 working face,the optimization project and the achievements,the tail-roadway supporting equipment technology of 110 fully mechanized mining face is studied.
