摘 要:随着数字化技术的快速发展,各行各业利用数字化技术创造了越来越多的价值。煤矿企业在利用数字化技术方面稍滞后于其他行业,虽然近年来对于场景的数字化改造方面有所突破,但整体利用数字化技术进行降本增效还有待提高。掌握数字化业务能力、建立优质高效的数字化管理体系是当下煤炭企业较为迫切的任务,而数字化交付是重塑整个生产运营系统架构和建立信息化工厂数据模型的底层基础。以门克庆煤矿项目为例,从数字化交付的意义出发,全面分析水处理站数字化交付的内容和实施路径,探讨数字化交付的应用价值,并提出未来发展方向。With the rapid development of digital technology,all walks of life and industries have created more and more value by using digital technology.Coal mining enterprises lag behind other industries in the use of digital technology.Although there has been a breakthrough in the digital transformation of scenes in recent years,the overall use of digital technology to reduce costs and increase efficiency needs to be improved.It is an urgent task for coal enterprises to master the digital business capacity and establish a high-quality and efficient digital management system,with digital delivery being the low-level foundation for reshaping the whole production and operation system architecture and establishing an information factory data model.Taking Menkeqing Mine Project as an example,starting from the significance of digital delivery,we comprehensively analyze the content and implementation path of digital delivery for water treatment station,discuss the application value of digital delivery,and put forward the future development direction.
