摘　　要：《中药品种保护条例》已经颁布实施30年,笔者简要概述了中保制度的建立背景、制度的形成过程,从整顿秩序、提高声誉、经济效益、医疗保障和质量提高等5个方面发挥的成效以及实施过程中存在的问题和挑战,为中药品种保护制度的修订完善提供素材。The“Regulations on the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Varieties”has been promulgated and implemented for 30 years,and this article briefly summarizes the background of the establishment of the Chinese medicine protection system,the formation process of the system,and the effectiveness of the five aspects of rectifying the order,improving reputation,economic benefits,medical security and quality improvement,as well as the problems and challenges existing in the implementation process,so as to provide materials for the revision and improvement of the protection system of traditional Chinese medicine varieties.
