基于一气周流理论浅析逍遥散治疗闭经

摘　　要：黄元御一气周流理论以“中土为轴,四象为轮”为基本框架结构,将人体生理病理与“土枢四象”的周流运转联系起来,为中医临床诊治疾病提供一种新的思路。逍遥散源自《太平惠民和剂局方》,在妇科病闭经的临床治疗方面起到了很好的效果,其方药组成可通过升木达郁、培补土气来恢复“一气周流”,而改善闭经“木气郁陷、中土气虚”的病机,恢复月经来潮。Huang Yuanyu’s qi circulation theory takes middle earth as the axis and four elephants as the wheel as the basic frame-work structure,which links the physiological pathology of the human body with the cycle flow operation of the four elephants of the earth and provides a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.From the Taiping Huimin Hejiju Fang,Xiaoyao powder has played a very good role in the clinical treatment of gynecological amenorrhea,and its compo-sition medicine can restore the qi circulation by raising wood to achieve depression and cultivating earth qi,and improve the amenor-rhea mechanism of wood gas depression,middle earth qi deficiency and restore menstrual cramps.
