摘　　要：河南中医药大学第三附属医院全国知名针灸专家刘会生教授,从医60多年,在疾病诊断、针刺手法及配穴遣方等方面,均有独到的学术见解。他认为应“辨病”与“辨证”相结合,借鉴现代医学技术明确诊断;擅长“飞针”,强调补泻,并融入古代“凤凰展翅”与“蜻蜓点水”补泻法,重视得气是取得疗效的关键;针罐并用,巧妙结合;配穴精当,擅用背俞穴治疗疑难病症,常获佳效。其学术思想及临床经验对后学深有启迪。Professor LIU Huisheng,working at the third affiliated hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine,has been devoted to medicine for over 60 years and well-known all over China.He has original academic views in diagnosis of diseases,needling ma-nipulation and prescription of combined acupoints.He views that disease differentiation should be combined with syndrome differen-tiation and modern medical technologies should be used to make a definite diagnosis of diseases.He is expert in flying needling method,emphasizes reinforcing and reducing method,and mixes it together with the ancient reinforcing and reducing methods of phoe-nix spreading the wings and dragonfly skimming the surface of the water,specially emphasizes that Deqi is the key of therapeutic ef-fects.He combined acupuncture with cupping skillfully,matched points accurately,and used back shu points to treat difficult dis-eases,which often achieved good results.In a word,the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Liu Huisheng are of great enlight-enment to later studies.
