经方治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水1例

摘　　要：乙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称“乙肝”)肝硬化腹水在西医看来成因复杂,是慢性肝病中后期的标志。治疗上多采用抗病毒、利尿剂、补充白蛋白的方法,虽见效快,但在效果及成本方面存在问题。在中医看来,乙肝肝硬化腹水当属“鼓胀”范畴,病邪多在肝脾,患者多见水湿内生,停聚腹中,腹部胀大如鼓。此文病案中,参照中医经典并结合临床经验,在乙肝常规抗病毒治疗的基础上,应用茵陈五苓散合水红花子汤,在利水消鼓的同时健脾益气,证明经方治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水效果显著,为乙肝肝硬化腹水的治疗提供思路。In the view of Western medicine,the origins of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites are complex and variety,it is the signs of medium-term or upper chronic liver disease.With the problem that effects instantly but costly and not lasting,the convention thera-peutic schedules include antiviral,diuretic and supplemental albumin.In the view of traditional Chinese medicine,it can be diagnosed as tympanites.Most of the diseases are in the liver and spleen.Most patients have endogenous water and dampness stagnation in the abdomen and their abdomen swells like a drum.In this case,referring to traditional Chinese medicine classics and combining clinical experience,professor makes the treatments by using antiviral therapy combined with Yinchen Wuling powder and Shuihong Huazi de-coction to strengthen the spleen and tonify qi while inducing urination and resolving drums.With the method of using classic prescrip-tion in treating hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites achieves good curative effect,which provides ideas for the treatment of the disease.
