黄芩角药在消化系疾病辨治中的应用

摘　　要：角药是指在中医基础理论指导下,通过辨证论治,根据中药气味、归经等配伍原则,将产生协同、拮抗等作用的三味中药联合应用,是一种系统配伍的方药组合模式。黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血等作用,临证多与大黄、黄连、葛根、半夏、柴胡、干姜、阿胶、甘草等组成角药,在经方中应用广泛,为治疗消化系疾病的要药。文章对经方中黄芩角药及其在消化系疾病中的应用进行梳理,按治法进行分类,以期对消化系疾病的治疗有所裨益。Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,through dialectical treatment,according to the com-patibility principles of traditional Chinese medicine such as qi and flavors,and meridian affinity,the combination of three flavors of traditional Chinese medicine named triangular medicine will produce synergy and antagonism,which is a systematic combination of prescription drugs.Radix scutellaria has the effect of clearing heat,dryness and dampness,diarrhea,detoxification,hemostasis,etc.,and is mostly composed of medicines such as rhubarb,coptis chinensis,kudzu,pinellia,bupleurum,zingiberis rhizoma,colla corii asini,licorice,etc.,which are widely used in the classical prescriptions and are essential medicines for the treatment of digestive dis-eases.In this paper,the author sorted out and classified the radix scutellariae triangular medicine in classical prescriptions and its ap-plication in the digestive system disease according to the treatment method,in order to be beneficial to the treatment of digestive dis-eases.
