真武汤合四逆散治疗癃闭医案1则

摘　　要：癃闭是以排尿不畅、尿量减少、点滴不通甚则点滴全无为主症的一种病证,病情严重者尚可伴随头晕头痛、恶心呕吐、水肿,甚至焦躁、神昏等症状,导致生活质量降低、焦虑及抑郁情绪增加。目前,已有大量临床研究证明中医药能够明显改善良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者的临床症状、缩小前列腺体积、减少术后并发症。此文报道谢丽萍教授运用真武汤合四逆散加味合非那雄胺片治疗前列腺增生导致癃闭医案1例,效果颇佳,以期对临床有所裨益。Urinary retention is characterized by poor urination,decreased urine volume,or even incomplete drip.In severe cases,it may be accompanied by dizziness,headache,nausea,vomiting,edema,even anxiety,coma and other symptoms,resulting in decreased quality of life,increased anxiety and depression.At present,a large number of clinical studies have proved that traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),reduce the prostate vol-ume,and reduce postoperative complications.This article reported a case of Professor Xie Liping using Zhenwu decoction and Sini powder combined with finasteride tablets to treat urinary retention.
