基于聚类分析的莫文教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和总结莫文教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的用药规律。方法收集莫文教授治疗LDH典型医案100份,使用SPSS 25.0软件对高频药物进行聚类分析,使用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件中的Apriori算法和网络对高频药物进行关联规则分析。结果治疗腰椎病的中药共计149味,累计出现频次1847次。常用中药有黄芪、炙甘草、当归、川芎、白术等31味。补阳还五汤、身痛逐瘀汤、牛蒡子汤、真武汤等为莫教授治疗LDH的基本方药。结论莫教授治疗LDH时以气血为纲,脏腑为本,调和气血。聚类分析结果客观反映了莫文教授的临床用药规律。Objective To discuss and summarize medication rule of Professor Mo Wen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods One hundred typical medical records of Professor Mo Wen's treatment of LDH were collected.SPSS 25.0 software was used for cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs,and Apriori algorithm and network in SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used for association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results There were a total of 149 traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of lumbar spondylosis,with a cumulative frequency of 1847 occurrences.There were 31 commonly used traditional Chinese medicines,including Astragalus,Liquorice,Angelica,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Atractylodes macrocephala.Buyang Huanwu decoction,Shentong Zhuyu decoction,Niubangzi decoction,Zhenwu decoction,etc.were the basic prescriptions for Master Mo’s treatment of LDH.Con-clusion Master Mo’s treatment of LDH reflects the academic thought of qi and blood as the key link,viscera as the foundation,and regulating qi and harmonizing blood.The cluster analysis results objectively reflects Professor Mo Wen’s clinical medication rules.
