自拟中药熏洗方治疗痔疮术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究自拟中药熏洗方治疗痔疮术后患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月—2020年6月于顺昌县中医院中医综合科接受治疗的痔疮术后患者148例,依病历单双号分为自拟中药熏洗方组和对照组,各74例。对照组在基础治疗(术后预防感染、补液等对症处理)的同时加用高锰酸钾坐浴,自拟中药熏洗方组在基础治疗的同时加用自拟中药熏洗方。观察两组治疗前后临床效果和不良反应。结果自拟中药熏洗方组总有效率为91.89%(68/74),优于对照组的70.27%(52/74),且在改善术后肛门水肿、疼痛、渗液方面也优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应事件。结论自拟中药熏洗方熏洗坐浴治疗痔疮术后效果肯定,且安全可靠。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of self-made Chinese herbal fumigation and washing prescription in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhoids.Methods From September 2017 to June 2020,148 patients with postoperative hemorrhoids were se-lected in Shunchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the double number of medical records,they were divided into the self-made fumigation and washing prescription group and the control group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate hip bath on the basis of basic treatment such as postoperative prevention of infection,rehy-dration and other symptomatic treatment,while the self-made fumigation and washing prescription group was treated with self-made Chinese herbal prescription on the basis of basic treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups before and af-ter treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the self-made fumigation and washing prescription group was 91.89%(68/74),which was better than that of the control group(70.27%,52/74),and the clinical effect of improving postoperative anal edema,pain and exudation was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion Self-made Chinese herbal fumigation and washing prescription is effective and safe in the treatment of postoperative hem-orrhoids.
