摘　　要：目的探究针刺配合盆底肌训练对产后盆底肌功能障碍(PFD)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年4月清华大学第二附属医院收治的PFD患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用常规盆底肌训练,试验组联合针刺治疗。比较两组患者盆底肌力恢复情况、盆底功能检查以及盆底肌最大肌电位。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗后Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级肌力比例较高,患者子宫脱垂、尿失禁、腰骶疼痛、阴道壁膨出症状总发生率较低,盆底肌最大肌电位较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合盆底肌训练对PFD患者的临床疗效显著,能提高盆底肌力、改善盆底功能、提高盆底肌电位,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum with pel-vic floor muscle dysfunction.Methods Ninety-two cases of postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction patients treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University from January 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each.The control group received routine pelvic floor muscle training,and the study group received acupuncture on this basis.The pel-vic floor muscle strength recovery,pelvic floor function examination and maximum pelvic floor muscle potential were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the proportion of grade IV and grade V muscle strength in the study group was higher,the total incidence of uterine prolapse,urinary incontinence,lumbosacral pain and vaginal wall bulge in the study group was lower,and the maximum pelvic floor muscle potential in the study group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training has significant clinical effect on postpartum patients with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,which is worthy of promotion.
