摘  要:目的分析僵芪消瘿汤对难治性甲亢患者促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)水平的影响。方法选择20例符合难治性甲亢诊断标准的患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组(10例)和观察组(10例),两组均给予甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用僵芪消瘿汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗3个月后的TRAb水平。结果治疗后,观察组TRAb水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论僵芪消瘿汤对于难治性甲亢的TRAb水平控制有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Jiangqi Xiaoying decoction on TRAb level in patients with refractory hyperthyroidism.Methods Twenty patients who met the diagnostic criteria for refractory hyperthyroidism were selected as study subjects,which were randomly divided into a control group of 10 cases and an observation group of 10 cases.Both groups were treated with thiamazole,and the observation group was treated with Jiangqi Xiaoying decoction on the basis of the control group.The TRAb level of the two groups of patients after 3 months of treatment was observed.Results After treatment,the TRAb level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangqi Xiaoying decoction has a good clinical effect on the control of TRAb level of refractory hyperthyroidism,which is worth further promotion.
