艾条灸配合延续护理对腹膜透析患者胃肠道功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探析艾条灸配合延续护理对腹膜透析患者胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法选取九江市中医医院2020年4月—2021年4月收治的腹膜透析患者62例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组采用延续护理干预,观察组采用延续护理干预联合艾条灸。对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、自我管理能力、自我感受负担睡眠质量及并发症发生率。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复时间(肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复、首次排便)较对照组短(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组、自我感受负担评分低于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.45%(2/31),低于对照组的29.03%(9/31)(P<0.05)。结论延续护理联合艾条灸干预腹膜透析患者,可明显改善其胃肠道功能恢复情况,患者自我感受负担下降、自我管理能力提升,并可有效规避并发症发生,值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of moxa stick moxibustion combined with continuous nursing intervention on gastroin-testinal tract recovery in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 62 patients with peritoneal dialysis admitted to Shanghai Jiad-ing District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into two groups with 31 pa-tients in each group according to random number table method.The control group received continuous nursing intervention,and the observation group combined with moxa stick moxibustion.Gastrointestinal function recovery time,self-management ability,self-perceived burden,sleep quality and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of self-management ability was higher,the score of self-perceived burden was lower,and the score of sleep quality was lower in the observa-tion group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.45%(2/31),which was lower than that of the control group(29.03%,9/31)(P<0.05).Conclusion After moxa stick moxibustion with continuous nursing intervention,gastrointestinal function recovery of peritoneal dialysis patients was significantly improved,patients’self-perceived burden was re-duced,self-management ability was improved,and complications were effectively avoided,which is worthy of clinical reference.
