摘　　要：周期性乳痛症是临床常见的妇科疾病,患者因疼痛影响正常工作学习及社交活动。文章从针刺取穴方案、针刺治疗方法入手,总结针刺治疗周期性乳痛症的临床研究进展,并指出今后的研究方向。同时提出“调周舒筋”针刺法治疗周期性乳痛症的思路。以“调周”为原则,指导穴位处方。经前期气血充盈,以疏肝养心为取穴原则;经后期血海空虚,以建中滋阴为取穴原则。乳腺组织归属中医“筋”的范畴,以“舒筋”为原则指导针刺手法。从取穴、手法角度论述针刺治疗周期性乳痛症,以期为临床提供更多思路。Cyclical mastalgia(CM)is a common gynecological disease.Breast pain affects patients’normal work,study and social activi-ties.This paper summarized the clinical research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of CM,and pointed out the research direction in the future.At the same time,it puts forward the treatment idea of regulating the cycle and relaxing the tendons acupuncture in the treat-ment of CM.The acupoint prescription is guided by the principle of regulating the cycle.In the early stage of menstruation,qi and blood are filled,and the principle of selecting acupoints is to soothe the liver and nourish the heart.In the late stage of menstruation,the sea of blood is empty,and the principle of selecting acupoints is to build the middle and nourish yin.Mammary tissue belongs to the category of tendon in traditional Chinese medicine,and acupuncture manipulation is guided by the principle of relaxing tendon.The idea of acu-puncture treatment of CM from the acupoint selection and manipulation is expected to provide more ideas for clinical practice.
