摘　　要：珠江三角洲的沙田系统不仅有其重要的农业文化遗产价值,沙田的开发中还有许多适应河口环境进行自然资源合理利用开发的历史经验。本文对清代以来珠江三角洲河口区沙田经营的传统生态农业模式与技术进行研究。在沙田经营中,有着基于河口潮汐滩涂生态演替、河口潮汐水文环境特点与河口生物多样性方面一定程度的科学认识与利用。这些地方性知识与技术,对今天珠江三角洲河口滨海湿地的生态修复仍然有很好的指导意义。The sand field system in the Pearl River Delta not only has its important value in agricultural cultural heritage,but also demonstrates abundant historical experience in the rational utilization and development of natural resources according to the estuary environment.This paper conducts a study of the traditional ecological agricultural model and technology of sand field management in the estuary area of the Pearl River Delta since the Qing Dynasty.Sand field management,to a certain extent,reflects the scientific understanding and utilization of estuarine tidal mudflat ecological evolution,estuarine tidal hydrological environment characteristics and estuarine biodiversity.These local knowledge and technology still have a good guiding significance for the ecological restoration of coastal wetlands in the Pearl River Delta estuary today.
