摘　　要：面对生成式AI所带来的复杂系统,无限扩容的内容主体和自发涌现的内容网络都使得传统的“应对型”治理模式逐渐失效。技术的发展是一个循序渐进的过程,而与之匹配的治理路径也要满足过程性思维的特点。本文站在负责任创新视角下,厘清生成式AI对媒介生态系统的演化,提出以规范性锚点、情境治理的思维促使治理模式从适应性治理策略向前瞻性治理策略演变,构建负责任的生成式AI传播创新协同机制。In the era of intricate systems driven by generative AI,the surge in content entities and the spontaneous formation of content networks have exposed the limitations of the traditional'responsive'governance model.The gradual unfolding of technological advancements necessitates a governance trajectory that aligns with the intricacies of procedural thinking.This article,framed within the context of responsible innovation,aims to elucidate the transformation of the media ecosystem catalyzed by generative AI.By leveraging normative anchor points and contextual governance paradigms,the article seeks to guide the evolution of the governance model from an adaptive strategy to a forward-looking approach.The ultimate goal is to cultivate a responsible collaborative mechanism for innovative generative AI communication.This involves navigating the challenges posed by the dynamic landscape of generative AI,fostering ethical practices,and proactively shaping governance strategies to align with the evolving nature of technological advancements.
