摘  要:甘南州于2021~2022年在夏河县达麦乡开展安格斯牛、娟姗牛冷冻胚胎移植试验,结果表明:对187头牛进行同期发情处理,发情137头,发情率73.26%,共移植69头,受体可用率50.36%,受孕35头,受胎率50.72%,产犊33头,移植安格斯牛胚胎受体母牛难产率14.29%。得出结论:通过加强专业技术人员的操作水平、改善饲养管理模式、完善移植环境、筛选适合本地区的胚胎品种等措施,可有效提高胚胎移植试验受胎率,推动牛胚胎移植技术在甘南高寒地区的应用推广。In Damai Township,Xiahe County,Gannan Prefecture,we conducted a frozen embryo transfer trial involving Angus and Juanxan cattle from 2021 to 2022.The results of our trial provide evidence of the effectiveness of this technology,making it a promising approach for enhancing cattle breeds in the region.Results:During our trial,a total of 187 cattle underwent simultaneous estrus treatment,with 137 cattle exhibiting estrus,resulting in an estrus rate of 73.26%.Out of these,69 cattle underwent transplantation,leading to a recipient availability rate of 50.36%.Among them,35 cattle conceived,resulting in a conception rate of 50.72%.Ultimately,33 cattle successfully calved.Additionally,the transplantation of Angus cattle resulted in a difficult calving rate of 14.29%,and the recipient cattle also experienced a difficult calving rate of 14.29%.Conclusions:The conception rate of embryo transplantation in the alpine region of Gannan can be effectively enhanced by improving the operational proficiency of professional technicians,optimizing feeding management practices,refining the transplantation environment,and selecting embryo breeds suitable for this geographic area.These measures will further facilitate the application and dissemination of cattle embryo transplantation technology.
