摘 要:[目的]研究育肥期肉牛补饲添加有枸杞多糖、复合酶制剂、过瘤胃氨基酸、单宁酸等添加剂的功能性复合营养舔砖,分析对其生产性能及经济效益的影响。[方法]选择体重(325.30±34.14 kg)、体况差别不大的西门塔尔杂种牛80头,采用完全随机试验设计方法分为随机分为2组,分别为试验组与对照组,每组40头。对照组为肉牛养殖场基础日粮,试验组在场内现行基础日粮上添加功能性复合营养舔砖。试验分预试期和正试期两个阶段,预饲期15 d,正试期90 d。[结果]结果表明:1)试验组肉牛喜欢舔食舔砖,在试验初始阶段,大部分牛啃食,采食一段时间后舔砖采食量相对恒定,试验组牛群毛色、精神状态均较对照组有所改善;2)试验组牛群的增重效较好,90 d日增重显著高于对照组({P<0.05}),试验组日增重为1553.89 g,比对照组提高10.78%。试验组料肉比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组料肉比为5.21,比对照组降低10.63%;3)试验牛毛重按40元/kg计,原料价格按市价计算增重盈利,整个试验期试验组比对照组头均多收入558.84元,比对照组增加{26.54%}。[结论]饲喂功能性复合营养舔砖可改善牛群毛色和精神状态,显著提高日增重,降低饲料消,增加经济效益。[Purposes]The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of functional compound nutrition licking bricks supplemented with additives such as goji berry polysaccharides,complex enzyme preparations,rumen amino acids,and tannins during the fattening period on production performance and economic benefits of simmental hybrid cattle.[Methods]A total of 80 Simmental hybrid cattle with an average weight of 325.30±34.14kg and little difference in body condition were selected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups using a complete randomized trial design,with 40 animals in each group.The control group received the basic diet of beef cattle farm,while the experimental group had complex nutrition licking bricks added to current basic diet.The trial consisted of two stages:a pre-trial period and a positive trial period,with a pre-feeding period of 15 days and positive trial period of 90 days.[Results]1)Cattle in the experimental group liked to lick bricks,in the initial stage of the experiment,most of the cattle gnawed,and the amount of licking brick feed intake was relatively constant after a period of feeding,and the coat color and mental state of the cows in the experimental group were improved compared with the control group;2)The weight gain effect of the experimental group was superior,with a significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the daily weight gain of the experimental group was 1553.89 g,which was 10.78%higher than that of the control group.The meat-to-feed ratio in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the meat-to-meat ratio in the experimental group was 5.21,which was 10.63%lower than that in the control group.3)The gross weight of the test cattle was calculated at 40 yuan/kg,and the raw material price was calculated according to the market price to gain weight,and the average income of the experimental group in the entire experimental period was 558.84 yuan more than that of the control group,an increase of 26.54%over the co
