“变”与“不变”:后学院时代科学规范重构的核心问题辨析——基于默顿规范合理性的思考

摘　　要：科技自立自强背景下,出于更好理解科学的本质、有效组织科学社会运行的需要,科学规范的重构和完善成为当务之急。鉴于默顿规范在科学规范相关研究中的权威性,正确认识其合理性与局限性很有必要。结合可行性和可接受性分析,阐明默顿规范对保证科学制度目标的实现具有不可取代的作用。后学院时代应当坚持科学基本精神不变,从协调不同类型的科学规范、立足复杂多样的科学实践、补充调节科学与社会关系的外部规范等方面探寻科学规范的拓展空间。The self-reliance of science and technology needs a better understanding on the essence of science and reconstructing norms of science.In post-academic era,it's necessary to understand the rationality and limitation of Mertonian norms correctly on account of its authority.Combining the a-nalysis of feasibility and acceptability,the article illustrates that Mertonian norms still play an irreplaceable role in ensuring the goal of institution of sci-ence.In post-academic era,the basic spirit of science should remain unchanged.The expansion space of norms of science is explored from these as-pects:coordinating different types of norms of science,basing on complex and diverse scientific practices,and supplementing external norms regulating the relationship between scienceand society.
