摘  要:文章系统评估了南水北调中线一期工程通水以来北京市受水区地下水压采量、水位变化等压采成效,分析了近年来地下水开采量及其在供水总量中的比例变化趋势。自通水以来,北京市地下水开采量由2014年的19.6亿m^(3)逐渐下降至2022年的12.16亿m^(3),供水比例也从52.3%降至约30%,地下水压采量已达4.46亿m^(3)。连续下降多年的地下水水位逐步回升,超采问题得以有效缓解,地下水系统得以有效涵养,地下水储备能力得以提升。针对后续压采工作开展提出了加强地下合理水位管理、加强地下水计量监管、持续优化供水管网建设、不断提升地下水战略储备能力等建议。This paper systematically evaluates the effectiveness of groundwater extraction and water level change in the water receiving area of Beijing since the water flow has been restored to the first phase of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and analyzes the trend of the proportion of groundwater extraction volume to the total water supply in recent years.Since the water flow has been restored,the groundwater extraction volume in Beijing has decreased from 1.96 billion m^(3) in 2014 to 1.35 billion m^(3) in 2020,the water supply proportion has also decreased from 52.3 percent to 33.3 percent,with the groundwater extraction volume reaching 446 million m^(3).The continuous rise of groundwater levels for many years has effectively alleviated overexploitation,effectively preserved the groundwater system,and improved the groundwater storage capacity.On this basis,this article puts forward suggestions for the subsequent groundwater extraction work,such as researching and setting safe water level recovery thresholds,strengthening groundwater measurement supervision,continuously optimizing the construction of water supply networks,and continuously improving the strategic reserve capacity of groundwater.
