摘  要:肠道运动是肠道的基本功能之一,是食物顺利通过消化道管腔的首要条件,对营养物质的消化吸收和机体的生长发育起着不可或缺的作用。肠道运动受中枢神经系统、肠神经系统、自主神经系统、胃肠道激素、饮食、肠道菌群及其代谢物等调控。由于肠道菌群对肠神经系统的完整性发挥重要作用,并且肠道菌群代谢物(包括短链脂肪酸、次级胆汁酸、5-羟色胺和吲哚衍生物)能调节肠道运动,因此调整肠道菌群的结构和功能以及干预5-羟色胺等可能成为治疗肠道疾病的新手段。本文就肠道菌群及其代谢物对肠道运动的作用和调节机制作一综述,以期为治疗肠道动力障碍性疾病提供新思路。Intestinal motility is one of the essential functions of the intestine, which is the primary condition for food to pass through the digestive tract and lumen. It plays an indispensable role in the digestion and absorption of nutrients and the growth and development of the body. Intestinal motility is regulated by the central nervous system, enteric nervous system, autonomic nervous system, gastrointestinal hormones, diet, intestinal flora, and its metabolites. Since intestinal flora plays a vital role to the integrity of the enteric nervous system, and intestinal motility is regulated by intestinal flora metabolites, including short-chain fatty acids, secondary bile acids, 5-hydroxytryptamine and indole derivatives, the intervention on the structure and function of intestinal flora and 5-hydroxytryptamine system may become a new means to treat intestinal diseases. In this paper, the function and mechanism of regulation of intestinal flora and its metabolites on intestinal motility are reviewed in purpose of providing new ideas for the treatment of intestinal motility disorders.
