摘 要:采用相控阵超声技术对壁厚大于10 mm的奥氏体不锈钢管对接焊缝实施检测,并对检测结果进行分析,优化相控阵超声检测工艺。采用单面单侧和单面双侧的扫查方案分别对219 mm×34.93 mm(直径×壁厚)的奥氏体不锈钢管对接焊缝模拟缺陷试样实施相控阵超声检测,并与射线检测结果进行对比,最后进行现场应用。试验结果表明,相控阵超声检测可检出奥氏体不锈钢管中的各类型常见缺陷,检测时可以依据所使用的设备和探头,综合考虑波束的覆盖、调试的难易程度等因素,自主设计聚焦法则参数。Phased array ultrasonic testing was used to inspect the butt welds of austenitic stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness greater than 10 mm,and the testing results to optimize the phased array ultrasonic testing process were analyzed.Phased array ultrasonic testing was performed on simulated defect specimens of austenitic stainless steel pipe butt welds of 219 mm×34.93 mm(diameter×wall thickness)using single sided and single sided dual sided scanning schemes,respectively,and the results were compared with those of radiographic testing.Finally,on-site application was conducted.The experimental results showed that phased array ultrasonic testing can detect various types of common defects in austenitic stainless steel pipes,and the factors such as beam coverage and ease of debugging can be comprehensively considered based on the equipment and probes while designing focusing rule parameters independently.
