摘 要:通过仿真模拟、试块制作、工艺设置、工程应用及验证试验对电站锅炉T23钢水冷壁焊缝横向裂纹实施相控阵超声检测。试验结果表明,采用相控阵超声检测此类缺陷具有检测速度快、检测灵敏度高和检测结果直观等优点。检测时,不仅焊缝上打磨出探头放置面的工作量小,且无辐射风险,可进行交叉施工,对检修工期紧张、检测空间狭小及检测灵敏度要求高的项目,技术优势更为明显。The phased array ultrasonic detection of transverse cracks in weld seam of T23 steel water wall of power plant boilerwas studied through simulation,test block making,process setting,engineering application and verification test.The results showed that ultrasonic phased array detection of such defects had the advantages of fast detection speed,high detection sensitivity and intuitive detection results.When testing,not only the workload of polishing the probe placement surface on the weld was small,but also the cross-construction can be carried out without radiation risk,and the technical advantages were more obvious for projects with tight maintenance period,narrow detection space and high detection sensitivity requirements.
