摘 要:表型可塑性是同一基因型应对变化的环境条件进行表型适应的能力,是生物对环境的一种适应。藤本植物因具有较强的表型可塑性,成为城市垂直绿化的主要植物,在增加城市绿量和推进城市生态建设中起着重要作用,然而藤本植物表型可塑性与觅食行为和环境因子间的关系尚不明晰。为此,文中从形态结构可塑性、生理可塑性、生物量分配可塑性3个方面梳理藤本植物在应对光照、水分、温度、支持物等外界环境变化时的表型可塑性及其适应策略,探究可塑性与资源投资—收益间的关系,提出应加强环境因子对藤本植物表型可塑性影响和藤本根系构型及其可塑性的研究,进一步探究植物形态、生理和生物量分配可塑性等响应的一体化机制,并在量化植物表型可塑性的基础上开展植物生长及垂直绿化景观模拟的研究,以期为快速构建城市垂直绿化景观提供理论依据和技术支撑。Phenotypic plasticity is the ability of the same genotype to adapt phenotypically to changing environmental conditions,which is an adaptation of organisms to the environment.Due to their strong phenotypic plasticity,vines have become the main plants used in urban vertical greening,which plays an important role in increasing urban green amount and promoting urban ecological improvement.However,the relationship between phenotypic plasticity of vines and foraging behavior and environmental factors remains unclear.This paper reviews the phenotypic plasticity and the corresponding adaptive strategies of vines in response to external environmental changes such as light,water,temperature and support from the three aspects of morphological and structural plasticity,physiological plasticity,and biomass allocation plasticity,and explores the relationship between plasticity and resource investment-return.It is proposed that the study of the influence of environmental factors on the phenotypic plasticity of vines as well as the study of the root configuration and its plasticity should be strengthened to further explore the integration mechanism of plant response such as morphology,physiology and biomass allocation plasticity.Moreover,the research on plant growth and vertical greening landscape simulation should be conducted on the basis of quantifying the phenotypic plasticity of plants,in order to provide a theoretical basis and technical supports for the rapid construction of urban vertical greenery landscape.
