摘  要:文章采用设计六西格玛DFSS的工具方法对硫化一体式稳定杆总成进行设计开发。根据开发背景提出的稳定杆断裂的主要问题目标,利用DFSS工具思路,通过问题识别定义、质量功能需求展开、方案生成和优化、方案验证等方式步骤,对硫化一体式稳定杆进行正向设计。提供了硫化一体式稳定杆正向设计优化方案的思路和方法,研究总结提出影响硫化一体式稳定杆总成强度的关键因素及其对强度的影响程度。研究成果对新项目设计开发有一定指导作用,对相关问题解决也有参考意义。In this paper,the tool method of designing six sigma DFSS is used to design and develop the vulcanized integrated stabilizer bar assembly.According to the main problem target of stabilizer rod fracture proposed in the development background,the forward design of the vulcanized integrated stabilizer rod is carried out by using DFSS tool idea and through the steps of problem identification and definition,quality function requirement expansion,program generation and optimization,and program verification.The ideas and methods of forward design optimization of the vulcanized integrated stabilizer bar are provided,and the key factors affecting the strength of the vulcanized integrated stabilizer bar and the degree of influence on the strength are summarized.The research results have a certain guiding effect on the design and development of new projects,and also have a reference significance for solving related problems.
