摘 要:目前对出风口的研究聚焦于结构优化设计、啸叫、气动噪音等,而对出风口操作力的研究较少,且仅限于操作力的定性分析,并未求解出定量的机理公式。目前汽车出风口操作力的机理尚不清楚,出风口生产完之后,根据实测的操作力,通过调节间隙来调节出风口的操作力以达到标准要求,其设计和生产过程不可控。文章通过对出风口的结构进行分析,确定操作力的机理公式和影响因素,并通过仿真和实验相结合的方式,通过线性拟合,确定机理公式中各项参数,提供了出风口操作力机理分析的一般方法。通过求解纵向操作力的机理公式,可根据所需的操作力计算出出风口的尺寸,以指导出风口的设计和制造。At present,the research on the air outlet focuses on structural optimization design,howling,aerodynamic noise,etc,while the research on the operating force of the air outlet is limited to qualitative analysis,and no quantitative mechanism formula has been solved.At present,the mechanism of the operating force of the automobile air outlet is not clear,and after the production of the air outlet,the measured operating force of the air outlet is adjusted according to the adjusted clearance to meet the standard requirements,and the design and production process are not controllable.By analyzing the structure of the air outlet,the mechanism formula and influencing factors of the operating force are determined in this paper,and the parameters in the mechanism formula are also determined through linear fitting by the combination of simulation and experiment,which provides a general method for analyzing the operating force mechanism of the air outlet.By solving the mechanism formula of the vertical operating force,the size of the outlet can be calculated according to the required operating force,which can guide the design and manufacture of the air outlet.
