摘 要:为了研究纺织面料染整加工过程中化学品使用与排放产生的环境负荷,基于化学品足迹理论,运用USEtox模型对全棉弹力面料染整过程的化学品足迹进行量化与评价示范,结果表明:1 kg全棉弹力面料染整加工过程中产生的化学品污染物生态毒性为1.66×10^(4) PAF·m^(3)·day;前处理阶段的化学品足迹最大,为1.56×10^(4) PAF·m^(3)·day,其次为染色阶段和后整理阶段;液态化学品污染物中,氢氧化钠使用造成的化学品足迹最大,其次是硅酸钠和过氧化氢;气态化学品污染物中,SO2造成的化学品足迹最大,其次是NO和NO2。In order to investigate the environmental burdens of chemical use and emissions during textile dyeing and finishing process,based on the chemical footprint theory,the USEtox model was applied to quantify and evaluate the chemical footprint of cotton stretch fabric dyeing and finishing process.The results showed that the ecological toxicity of chem⁃ical pollutants generated in the process of dyeing and finishing 1 kg of cotton stretch fabric was 1.66×10^(4) PAF·m^(3)·day.The chemical footprint of the pretreatment process was the largest,reaching 1.56×10^(4) PAF·m^(3)·day,followed by the dyeing process and the finishing process.Among the liquid chemical pollutants,the greatest chemical footprint is caused by sodi⁃um hydroxide,followed by sodium silicate and hydrogen peroxide.Among the gaseous chemical pollutants,SO2 caused the largest chemical footprint,followed by NO and NO2.
