摘　　要：十月革命打破资本主义一统天下的国际格局,世界历史从此进入资本主义与社会主义共存的“一球两制”新时代。“两个必然”不可避免,“两制”共存也不可避免。“两制”共存的历史,也是“两制”较量的历史。社会主义代替资本主义是一个漫长的历史过程,如何处理“两制”关系是国际关系的重要主题。关于“两制”力量对比,毛泽东提出“东风压倒西风”的战略判断;关于建设社会主义的重大原则,毛泽东提出“可以消灭了资本主义,又搞资本主义”的战略思路;关于“两制”相处之道,毛泽东提出“和平共处”“和平竞赛”的战略方针;关于社会主义代替资本主义的主要方式,毛泽东提出“战争与和平两种可能性”的战略构想;关于如何瓦解西方“和平演变”,毛泽东提出“警惕糖衣炮弹”的战略应对;关于如何应对西方遏制围堵打压,毛泽东提出“丢掉幻想,准备斗争”的总方针。毛泽东对“两制”关系的战略思考既有历史的局限性,也有其重要战略指导意义。The October Revolution broke the international pattern of capitalist domination,and the world history has since entered a new era of“one world,two systems”in which capitalism and socialism coexist.The“two necessities”are inevitable,as is the coexistence of the“two systems”.The history of the coexistence of“two systems”is also the history of the“two-system”contest.The replacement of capitalism by socialism is a long natural historical process,and how to deal with the“two-system”relationship is an important topic in international relations.Regarding the strength and balance of the“two systems”,Mao Zedong put forward the strategic judgment of“east wind overrides west wind”;regarding the major principles of building socialism,Mao Zedong put forward the strategic idea that“we can eliminate capitalism and engage in capitalism again”;regarding the right way for the“two systems”to get along with each other,Mao Zedong put forward the strategic principles of“two systems’peaceful coexistence”and“two systems’peaceful competition”.Regarding the main ways of replacing capitalism with socialism,Mao Zedong put forward the strategic conception of“two possibilities of war and peace”.On how to disintegrate the western forces’s attempts of peaceful evolution,Mao Zedong put forward the strategic thought of“warning ouselves to beware of sugar-coated shells”;with regard to how to respond to the West’s containment and repression,Mao Zedong put forward the general policy of“discarding illusions and preparing for struggle.”Mao Zedong’s strategic thinking on the“two systems”relationship has not only historical limitations,but also its important strategic guiding significance.
