摘　　要：为规范上海市新一轮排水规划编制、排水系统“厂、站、网”一体化运行监管平台建设、水务行业数字化转型升级等相关工作中排水模型的构建和应用,上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会组织编制了《排水系统数学模型建立及应用标准》。文章对该地方标准的制定和基本规定、数据收集与处理、模型构建与测试、模型率定与验证、模型评价与验收、模型应用与维护等关键要点进行了解读。To standardize the construction and application of drainage models in the drainage planning,the construction of an integrated operation and supervision platform for the drainage system,and the digital transformation and upgrading of the water industry in Shanghai,Standard for Construction and Application of Urban Drainage Model is compiled by Shanghai Housing Urban-Rural Development Administration.This paper interprets key points including the development and basic regulations of the standard,data collection and processing,model assessment and testing,model calibration and validation,model evaluation and acceptance,and model application and maintenance.
