摘 要:民国时期上海的电影检查制度经历了上海市电影检查委员会、教育内政部电影检查委员会和中央电影检查委员会三个阶段.每阶段的检查主体、检查标准、检查程序等各不相同,且呈现出由自愿到强制,由个体到普遍,由民间到官方,由地方到中央的过程。鲁迅居上海时期所观电影的被检情况,折射出各阶段电影检查制度的发展变化,而其对电影检查的批评意见则呈现出明显的个体特征。从鲁迅的观影来探查民国时期的电影检查制度,不仅是深入解读后期鲁迅思想的一把钥匙,亦是理解民国时期上海政治文化生活的极佳例证。The film inspection system in Shanghai during the Republic of China period went through three stages:the Shanghai Film Inspection Commission,the Film Inspection Commission of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of the Interior,and the Central Film Inspection Commission.Each stage had different inspection subjects,standards,and procedures,and presented a process from voluntary to compulsory,from individual to universal,from private to official,and from local to central.The inspection of films observed by Lu Xun during his residence in Shanghai reflects the development and changes of film inspection systems at various stages,and his critical opinions on film censorship exhibit obvious individual characteristics.Exploring the film inspection system during the Republic of China period through Lu Xun's film watching is not only a key to deeply interpreting Lu Xun's later thoughts,but also an excellent example of understanding the political and cultural life in Shanghai during the Republic of China period.
