摘　　要：考察市售天麻胶囊的质量。收集了40批不同厂家生产的天麻胶囊,采用法定标准对样品进行检验;采用液相色谱法测定40批样品中天麻素、羌活醇、异欧前胡素、紫花前胡苷和阿魏酸苯乙醇酯含量。按照法定标准检验40批天麻胶囊,合格率为100%;40批样品每粒含天麻素为0.019~0.323 mg,含羌活醇为0.000~0.133 mg,含异欧前胡素为0.000~0.641 mg,含紫花前胡苷为0.003~0.408 mg,含阿魏酸苯乙醇酯为0.000~1.248 mg。40批天麻胶囊均符合法定标准,质量情况较理想;但各厂家的天麻胶囊中天麻素、羌活醇、异欧前胡素、紫花前胡苷和阿魏酸苯乙醇酯含量存在较大差异,现行标准无法很好地反应出该品种的实际质量优劣,建议修订完善标准。To investigate the quality of Tianma Capsules in market,40 batches of Tianma Capsules from different manufacturers were collected,the samples were examined by the statutory standards,high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine contents of Gastrodin,Notopterol,Isoimperatorin,Nodakenin and Caffeic Acid 3-Methyl Phenethyl Esterin 40 batches.Totally 40 batches were examined according to statutory standards,the qualified rate was 100%,the contents of Gastrodin,Notopterol,Isoimperatorin,Nodakenin and Caffeic Acid 3-Methyl Phenethyl Ester in 40 batches were 0.019~0.323 mg,0.000~0.133 mg,0.000~0.641 mg,0.003~0.408 mg,0.000~1.248 mg respectively.The results showed that 40 batches of Tianma Capsules complied the statutory standards,the quality situation was relatively ideal,but the contents of Gastrodin,Notopterol,Isoimperatorin,Nodakenin and Caffeic Acid 3-Methyl Phenethyl Ester from different manufacturers were significant different,the current standard could not reflect the quality of this drug,advising to revise standard.
