摘  要:土壤重金属有效态含量作为评价土壤污染程度的指标越来越被认可,本文采用氯化钙、硝酸铵、硝酸三种提取剂对农用地土壤重金属元素可提取态标准物质中有效汞含量检测方法进行研究,通过对提取剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度等条件实验,得出了最佳实验条件下三种提取剂对有效汞的提取率。结果表明,三种提取剂对有效汞的提取率从小到大的顺序为:氯化钙、硝酸铵、硝酸。本实验为土壤污染风险评估及土壤污染修复工作起到指导作用。The available content of heavy metals in soil is more and more recognized as an index to evaluate the degree of soil pollution.Three extractants,calcium chloride,ammonium nitrate and nitric acid were used to study the detection method of available mercury content in the extractable reference materials of heavy metals in agricultural soil.Through the experiments of extractant concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature and other conditions,the extraction rate of available mercury by the three extractants under the best experimental conditions was obtained.The results showed that the order of extraction rate of available mercury by the three extractants from small to large was calcium chloride,ammonium nitrate and nitric acid.This experiment played a guiding role in soil pollution risk assessment and soil pollution remediation.
