摘 要:建立了罐采样-预浓缩-气相色谱质谱法同时测定空气中40种消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)的分析方法。采用硅烷化的苏玛罐采集环境空气,全扫描模式(SCAN)和选择离子扫描模式(SIM)同时进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明:当取样量为1000 mL时,40种ODS在10.0~200 pmol/mol范围内线性关系良好,Gas-Pro色谱柱方法检出限为2.12~7.72 pmol/mol,平均回收率范围分别为81.4%~95.7%,相对标准偏差范围分别为2.6%~9.8%。该方法操作简单、检出限低、精密度好、准确度高,适用于环境空气中40种ODS的测定。A method was established for the determination of 40 ozone depleting substances(ODS)in ambient air by summa canister sampling with pre-concentration-gas chromatography-mass-spectrometry(GC-MS).Ambient air was collected by summa canister with pre-concentration.Full scan mode and sim mode were adopted in the determination.External standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that when the injection volume was 1000 mL,40 ODS were in good fitting relationship in the range of 10.0~200 pmol/mol.The detection limits were in the range of 2.12~7.72 pmol/mol.The average of recoveries were in the range of 81.4%~95.7%,and RSDs were 2.6%~9.8%.The method was simple,low detection limit,good precision and high accuracy in qualitative and quantitative analysis.It was suitable for the determination of 40 ODS in ambient air.
