摘  要:某石化公司80万吨/年重整预加氢单元自开工以来,遇到了预加氢原料馏程偏离原始设计无法满负荷生产、加工轻质化原油后预加氢原料产量大无法消化影响全厂整体经济效益、预加氢反应器差压高影响装置长周期运行等问题,通过对预加氢单元进行适应性改造和预加氢催化剂进行撇头等方法,解决影响装置长周期运行的瓶颈,确保装置安全平稳运行,同时提高全厂的整体经济效益。Since the start of the 80×104 t/a reforming and pre-hydrogenation unit in a petrochemical company,the distillation range of pre-hydrogenation feedstock deviates from the original design and could not be produced at full capacity,the production of pre-hydrogenation feedstock after processing light crude oil was large and could not be digested,which affected the overall economic benefits of the whole plant,and the high differential pressure of pre-hydrogenation reactor affected the long-term operation of the unit.Through adaptive transformation of the pre-hydrogenation unit and skimming of the pre-hydrogenation catalyst,the bottleneck affecting the long-term operation of the plant was solved,the safe and stable operation of the plant was ensured,and the overall economic benefits of the plant were improved.
