摘　　要：设计了一个大学化学综合实验,在天然高分子壳聚糖中引入季铵盐基团,采用红外光谱、X-射线衍射和扫描电镜,对制备的壳聚糖季铵盐结构进行了表征,并考察了壳聚糖季铵盐对含Cr(VI)废水的处理效果。融合了分析化学、有机化学和仪器分析化学等知识,将实验方法与应用相结合,不仅让学生熟悉各种现代测试技术,激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,而且有助于培养学生严谨的科学思维和科研水平。A comprehensive college Chemigtry university chemical experiment was designed.The quaternary ammonium salt group was introduced into the natural macromolecule chitosan.The structure of the prepared quaternary ammonium chitosan was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,and the treatment effect of the quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan on Cr(VI)containing wastewater was investigated.The knowledge of Analytical Chemistry,Organic Chemistry and Instrumental Analytical Chemistry was integrated,and experimental methods were combined with applications.It not only enabled students to be familiar with various modern testing techniques and stimulates their interest in scientific research,but also helped to cultivate students rigorous scientific thinking and scientific research level.
