摘　　要：执法监测是指生态环境主管部门为重点排污单位的污染物排放情况组织开展的环境监测活动。污染源执法监测数据是开展环境执法和环境管理的重要依据。“十四五”以来,生态环境部对重点排污单位监测方式提出新的管理要求。以2022年江西省重点排污单位执法监测数据为基础,分析了江西省2022年重点排污单位废气、废水及土壤主要污染物的排放达标情况,并结合当前江西省重点排污单位污染物排放达标情况及现有监测问题,提出转变监测方式的可行建议。Law enforcement monitoring refers to environmental monitoring activities organized by environmental protection authorities to supervise the discharge of pollutants by polluting units.The monitoring data of pollution source law enforcement is an important basis for carrying out environmental law enforcement and management.Since the 14th Five Year Plan,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has put forward new management requirements for the monitoring methods of key polluting units.Based on the law enforcement monitoring data of key polluting units in Jiangxi province in 2022,this paper analyzes the emission standards of waste gas,wastewater,and soil pollutants from key polluting units in Jiangxi province in 2022.Combining with the current emission standards of pollutants from key polluting units in Jiangxi province and existing monitoring problems,feasible suggestions for changing monitoring methods are proposed.
