摘 要:分析了轴承钢大颗粒夹杂物的来源和对轴承钢性能的影响。针对轴承钢生产工艺,通过现场试验研究了RH真空处理时间对钢中氧含量和夹杂物数量的影响;针对真空精炼过程中底吹氩气流量及真空处理时间的变化,对轴承钢中大颗粒夹杂物的影响进行了研究。结果表明:真空处理时间延长至25min,在温降允许的条件下增加底吹流量至80~120m^(3)/h,能够显著地去除轴承钢中的大颗粒夹杂物含量和降低钢中氧含量,揭示了真空精炼过程中对轴承钢质量提升的关键影响因素。The source of large particle inclusions in bearing steel and its impact on the performance of bearing steel are analyzed.In view of the production process of bearing stel,the impact of RH vacuum treatment time on the oxygen content and the amount of inclusions in steel was studied through field tests.In view of the change of bottom blowing argon flow and vacuum treatment time in the vacuum refining process,the impact on the bearing steel was studied.The influence of particle inclusions has been studied.The results show that the vacuum treatment time is extended to 25 minutes,and the bottom blowing flow is increased to 80-120 m^(3)/h under the conditions of temperature reduction,which can significantly remove the content of large particles in bearing steel and reduce the oxygen content in steel,it is revealed the key impact factors of vacuum refining on the quality improvement of bearing steel.
