摘  要:为降低热轧高强结构钢折弯开裂率,对开裂试样做了成分和性能检测,并对开裂部位做了金相扫描和电镜分析,结果显示钢板内存在尺寸较大的硫化物夹杂和数量较多的铝酸钙夹杂是导致折弯开裂的主要原因。基于此结果,提出了炼钢工艺优化方案,取得了较好的效果。In order to reduce the bending cracking rate of hot rolled high strength structural steel,the composition and properties of the cracked samples were tested,and the cracking sites were analyzed by metallographic scanning and electron microscopy.The results showed that the large size of sulfide inclusions and large amount of calcium aluminate inclusions in the steel plate were the main reasons for the bending cracking.Based on the results,an optimization scheme of steelmaking process was put forward,and a good effect was achieved.
