摘 要:针对莱钢4 300 mm粗轧机、精轧机间距离短对轧制节奏影响大的现状,通过辊道分组、辊道逻辑控制优化、缩短待温板坯间距等措施,最大限度增加了待温辊道的长度和批轧块数;通过优化辊道接钢、分钢优先权判断功能的开发、精轧机咬钢顺控优化等措施,减少了时间浪费;通过跟踪物料影像保持功能减少了物料跟踪错误导致的停机时间。以上措施的实施,使产线生产效率提升15%以上。Aiming at the situation that the short distance between roughing mill and the finishing mill has a great influence on the rolling rhythm in Laiwu Steel 4300 mm heavy plate mill,the measures such as the grouping of roller tables,the optimization of the logic control of roller tables and the shortening of the spacing of the slabs to be heated are adopted,the length of the roller table to swing is increased to the maximum,and the number of batch rolling is increased.The time wastage was reduced by optimizing the function of steel connecting on roller table,developing the priority judgment of steel dividing and optimizing the control of finishing mill bite steel.Downtime caused by material tracking errors with the tracking material image hold function is reduced.The implementation of the above measures has increased the production efficiency of the production line by more than 15%.
