摘 要:针对焦化厂剩余氨水蒸氨运行中存在的设备腐蚀、浓氨水含萘高、蒸氨废水控制不稳定等突出问题,并就产生原因进行分析,针对性采取工艺改造优化方案。运行实践中稳定了蒸氨塔操作,去除了浓氨水中S^(2-)、CN^(-)、萘等杂质,优化了工艺参数控制范围,提高了浓氨水品质,降低了蒸氨系统现场设备腐蚀。This paper introduces the outstanding problems of equipment corrosion,naphthalene high content of concentrated ammonia,unstable control of ammonia steaming wastewater,and adopts the process transformation optimization scheme.In the operation practice,the operation of the ammonia steaming tower is stabilized,the S^(2-),CN^(-),naphthalene and other impurities in the concentrated ammonia water were removed.The control range of process parameters was optimized.The quality of the concentrated ammonia water was improved and the corrosion of the field equipment of the ammonia steaming system was reduced.
