摘  要:介绍了淄博铁鹰球团制造有限公司链篦机-回转窑球团工艺NO_(x)治理技术措施和生产实践。根据链篦机-回转窑NO_(x)的产生特点和排放量,通过市场调研、实地考察、技术分析及方案论证,选用了SCR-SNCR联合脱硝技术,实施了链篦机分段及其烟道结构创新改造。提高了烟气中NO_(x)收集率,实现了稳定达标排放;还原剂实际消耗量较设计值下降约15%,降低了脱硝运行成本。This paper presents an overview of the NO_(x) control technology measures and production practices implemented for the chain grate machine-rotary kiln pellet process at Zibo Tieying Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.To address the unique NO_(x) characteristics and emissions from the chain grate machine-rotary kiln,the company implemented the SCR-SNCR combined denitration technology.This decision was informed by comprehensive market research,on-site inspections,technical analyses,and scheme evaluations.Innovations and modifications in the segmentation of the chain grate machine and its flue structure have been implemented.These changes have enhanced the NO_(x) capture efficiency in the flue gas,ensuring stable emissions that meet regulatory standards.Additionally,there has been an approximate 15%reduction in the actual consumption of the reductant compared to the planned values,resulting in lowered operational costs for denitration.
